Shipping & returns
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after your payment has been successfully confirmed. Weekends and public holidays are not included. During new drops, promotions, or busy periods, processing may take a little longer.
How long will shipping take?
Delivery times depend on your location, selected shipping method, and shipping carrier. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its progress.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number to the email address used at checkout. You can use this information to follow your package. Please allow approximately 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with their original tags and packaging.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at Info@subrickswear.com. Include your order information and clear photos of the issue so our team can review it and help make things right.

What makes the Subricks Built on Roots Tee different?
The Built on Roots Tee – First Edition is the first official Subricks release. It combines a comfortable premium feel with bold front-and-back artwork, a custom Subricks woven neck label, and signature EST. 2025 detailing.

What sizes are available?
The Built on Roots Tee is currently offered in M, L, and XL. Please select your preferred size on the product page before adding the item to your cart.

Will the graphics fade after washing?
